Refund policy

At MODUS India (operated by SkyRocket Ventures), we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

7-Day Replacement Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Eligibility for Replacement

We only offer replacements for the following reasons:

  1. The product arrived damaged or defective.

  2. You received the wrong item/design.

MANDATORY: Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement, you MUST provide an unboxing video of the package.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label, and the process of opening the parcel to reveal the damage/defect.

  • Without this video proof, we cannot process your replacement request.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 226-286-5269 or email hello@modussetup.in.

  2. Provide your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location at no cost to you.

  4. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and ready for handover to the courier.

  5. Once we verify the pickup, a fresh replacement unit will be shipped to you immediately.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. All valid claims will be settled via a free replacement of the product.
